Tuna fish salad is one of my go-to lunches! I love putting it in a wrap with some veggies or on a bed of greens. I have mastered my tuna with the recipe below. It is light and delicious!

Ingredients

2 Cans White Tuna in Water
1 Tbsp Mayo
1 Tbsp EVOO
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
S&P
1/3 Cup Red Onion
1/3 Cup Celery
2 Tbsp Capers
3 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill

Let’s Make it!

Mix all of these ingredients together and enjoy!

  1. This is my new favorite tuna salad recipe!! It was so easy and quick to whip together!! It’s the perfect balance of crunch, too! I am not a fan of Dijon so I added a little bit of regular mustard and a touch more EVOO and it’s heaven.
