This is my go to smoothie. It is also a family favorite. My husband, daughter and son love it! It is a great way to fuel your morning or even a light lunch. It’s also super simple, which is my trend as you will see.


1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Banana
1.5 Cup Packed Baby Spinach
1 Scoop Protein Powder
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1 Cup Ice

Let’s Make it

Blend the milk, banana, spinach protein powder until combined. Blend in frozen fruit and ice until smooth. Enjoy!

Calories: 280, Carbohydrate: 28 grams, Protein: 32 grams, Fat: 5 grams
