The key is to make the croutons and the dressing. I actually did not even make up this dressing and it is literally the first caesar dressing recipe when you google it, but it is the BEST caesar dressing I have ever had!

Serves about 10 salads

1 Bunch Lacinto Kale
3 Bunch Romaine Lettuce Hearts
1 Loaf Sourdough
3 Tbsp EVOO
1 Tsp Salt
1Tsp Pepper
Caesar Dressing

Lets Make it:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut the sourdough loaf into 3/4 inch cubes. Toss with EVOO, salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. The croutons should be golden brown. Set croutons aside.

Wash and dry lettuce and kale very well. Chop both lettuce and kale and toss together with croutons and dressing.
