This is my favorite way to cook cauliflower! I used to just cook it with Indian food, like Chicken Tikka Masala and Lamb Vindaloo, but now I cook it this way almost every time I cook cauliflower. The kids love it too! It’s amazing on the side of pork chops, air-fried salmon, or shredded roast beef. So good!!

Ingredients

1 Large Head of Cauliflower
1 Tbsp EVOO
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
1/2 Tsp Cumin
1/4 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Salt

Let’s Make it!

Preheat oven to 425 F. Cut the cauliflower into florets and lay out on a cookie sheet. Drizzle EVOO over the cauliflower and sprinkle the spices over top. Toss the cauliflower until evenly covered with EVOO and spices. Spread the cauliflower out evenly on the cookie sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Enjoy!
