This is my favorite thing to do with leftover corned beef and cabbage. I mean who doesn’t LOVE pizza! The best part is… it’s so easy! I used a pre-made crust. I would have like to used cauliflower crust, but they didn’t have it at the store my friend was at when picking up other ingredients.

Ingredients:

1 Cup Cooked Corned Beef, chopped
1 Cup Cooked Cabbage, chopped
1 Pilsbury Thin Pizza Crust
8 oz Shredded Mozzerela Cheese
2 Tbsp Stone Ground Mustard
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard (plus more to drizzle on top)

Let’s Make it:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lay out pizza crust on parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Prebake dough for 8 minutes. Spread mustard on the dough. Layer with cheese, corned beef and cabbage. Bake for 10 minutes. Drizzle with yellow mustard.

Notes:
– I used the different styles of mustard, because I had them on hand, but you can use any mustard for the base.
